Anyone with a goal that matters and a life that keeps getting in the way of it. The OS is built so the more apps you turn on, the smarter every existing app gets about you. Turn on one and you get a focused coach for that one decision. Turn on several and you get a coach that understands how they pull on each other, in the same conversation. You do not have to use every part of it. Most people start with a single goal, get a real plan, and add more as life throws more at them.

Every meaningful life decision lives in one of six domains: Body, Wealth, Career, People, Mind, and Play. Each app inside the OS is one decision in one of those domains, and they all speak the same shape: set a goal, get a plan, be reminded, adapt when life breaks. Because they share that shape and a single context graph, the coach can reason across all of them at once instead of treating each as a separate tool. The framework is the product. The apps are how you use it, and more arrive over time.

You tell it what changed. "I fell behind this week." "My bonus came in early." "I have an interview next week." The coach reads the change against your full context: which week of the plan you're in, what your goal date is, what other apps you have on the account, and what your situation looks like across all of them. Then it rewrites the remaining plan in seconds. You see what changed and why. You accept the new plan, or push back, and it tries again.

No. A tracker logs what you already did and leaves the thinking to you. LifeAhead builds a real strategy with a goal and a date, picks a named method, then writes the week-by-week plan to get you there. When life gets in the way, a missed week, a tight month, a work trip, it rewrites the rest of the plan so the goal stays realistic. Tracking is where it starts, not the point. The point is the plan, and the plan adapting when your week does.

Yes. Everything you put into LifeAhead lives in your own row in our database. Row Level Security means another user cannot read it, and we never sell or train on your data. Anything you connect is read-only, and you control what is linked. UK GDPR + ICO registered. You can export everything from /settings, and you can delete everything from /settings. No. Your data is used only to power your own coach. We do not use it to train any foundation model, fine-tune any model, or improve a model that other users will see. The coach reasons over your data at request time and the data stays in your row. Conversation logs are stored so the coach has continuity across sessions, and you can wipe those from /settings whenever you want.

Yes. You can start free with no card, set a goal, and get a real plan. Upgrade to the founding plan when you want the coach to keep adapting it as your life changes, or stay on a limited free tier so your plan and history are never locked away. There is no upfront charge and no auto-bill surprise.

£9 per month is the founding rate for the first 50 paying users. After that, the standard rate is £12 per month or £99 per year. The £9 founding rate locks for 12 months from signup, even after the price rises. There's a free tier with 10 chats per week so you can evaluate every app end-to-end before paying anything. UK VAT is included where applicable. Stripe-managed, cancel any time.

Every conversation costs LifeAhead in LLM tokens, and the OS keeps your full history, plan, and goals so the coach can adapt across weeks and apps. The £9/mo founding rate covers unlimited chats and every coach in the OS for the first 50 paying users (the rate goes to £12/mo after that). A free tier (10 chats per week) lets you evaluate every app end-to-end before you pay anything. A free-forever consumer subscription cannot fund the LLM tokens this coach uses every week. We'd rather charge a fair price than degrade quality to fit a free tier.

Yes. Cancel from /settings. Your subscription ends at the end of the current period and your account drops to read-only. Your data stays put if you want to come back. No retention call, no "are you sure" loop, no exit survey held over your head. Cancel button is one click, no email required. UK consumer law mandates this anyway; we just don't pretend otherwise.

Each app connects to the services it needs to pull your data in automatically, read-only, and set up in one tap during that app's onboarding. Once connected, the data flows in on its own, so there is no manual sync button cluttering your daily view. Where an app has no integration yet, you enter your numbers once and the coach keeps the plan current from your updates and check-ins. More connections switch on as new apps ship and as each one clears testing against real providers. You always control what is linked, and you can disconnect anytime from /settings.

New apps ship regularly, driven by what paying users actually ask for rather than a fixed roadmap we promise and then miss. Because every app slots into the same OS using a documented recipe, a new one can arrive without re-architecting the platform, so the cadence stays steady. Domains without real demand yet stay future until that changes. One thing you will not see is fake "coming soon" tiles for things that are not actually being built. When something is close, it shows up because it works, not because it is a placeholder.

LifeAhead is built by Kevin, a solo founder in London. The product was started because every other app forced a context restart and none of them could see across the different parts of life that pull on each other at once. The coach replies from coach@lifeahead.app, and that inbox is read by Kevin directly. There is no support team. There is no help-desk script.
